    I stayed for 2 nights, it was relaxing and comfortable. I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the room service. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is reasonable.

    The ladies spa was not opened for services yet, which was not announced on the website. I was annoyed because this was the main goal of my reservation.

    I was pleasantly surprise of the level of service and the cleanliness of the hotel. the staff were pleasant and efficient to deal with and they are real credit to the hotel. I recommend the hotel for business travel and families too.

    Location - close to airport, new and nice building, good food

    Hotel staff completely out of profession (speaking on the mobile all over the guests reception), with no attention to guests need (mistake in the wake-up hour, 6:30 am in place of 5:30 am),household with no professionalism, I paid breakfast but it was available only after 6:30 am (and I left the hotel at 6:00 am because of the fly schedule), etc, etc, etc...

    I needed a place to rest for a few hours due to an extended stop-ver in Doha and I wasn't feeling like hanging out in the airport. Airport had all the comfort and convenience I needed.

    Top end business hotel but not what is needed for just a few hours rest regarding value for money and frequency of shuttle service to the airport (only every half hour).

    There are several things I liked, among them: cleanliness, new facilities, superb architecture, beautiful floral arrangements, friendly staff.

    The A/C controls did not work in my room. I wish the hotel had more information to provide concerning Doha. I asked for a city map and was given a one page, poor black and white copy. Staff were no able to give information on what the city offered or suggestions on what to do, where to go in Doha.
